ASCOT KNIGHTS, ROYAL ACOT

A beautiful fully furnished and equipped self-catering 3
bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage house in Royal Ascot.
I have attached some photos for your perusal and details of the house follow below:

It is a new development in Milnerton approx. 7 km. from the Central Business
District (Cape Town centre) and approx. 5 km to Canal Walk - biggest
shopping complex in Africa and close to Milnerton Lagoon and Sunset Beach.

To give you some information on the development I have a few clippings taken
from the newspaper advertising the development. Obviously it will all be
favourable but at least it may give you a better idea.

An Exclusive new Development known as Royal Ascot is being developed into a prestige security village, complete with a natural fynbos conservation area and landscaped gardens.

Here you can get a taste of tranquility a stone throw away from Cape Town' s
Central Business District Area with stunning views of the mountain,
natural surroundings and the sea only a breath away making this a first class development. (You do not get any views, except from the restaurant at the shopping complex which is part of the development.)

Royal Ascot will consist of a number of secure walled villages with a single, magnificently landscaped estate.

Here one can enjoy the best of both worlds; all the convenience of the city,
combined with the relaxed lifestyle of the country. Landscaped parklands
and green open spaces will create a tranquil atmosphere with meandering
walkways and jogging trails opening off an impressive tree-lined boulevard.

With easy access to the centre of Cape Town and within walking distance of a
host of recreational attractions such as Sunset Beach, Milnerton Golf Course
and the Rietvlei Bird Sanctuay, Royal Ascot is set to become one of the most

It is a freestanding Tuscany style 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with the entertainment area as well as two of the bedrooms opening to the rear garden which is north facing and sunny. It has a double garage with remote .

When they were building the house I had the developers add a shower over the bath with a glass enclosure around it, so that everyone would not have to go to the
en-suite bathroom to shower.
So both bathrooms now have a shower.
It is fully furnished with fridge, stove, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, TV, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, linen and towels. The house has also been alarmed and it is presently being monitored by Chubb Armed Response. There is a prepaid phone in the house.

Rate: The time period you are requesting is very expensive and we normally
do not discount December.
However, due to the length of your stay I will give you A SPECIAL RATE OF R425 per night for the house if taken for 36 nights.

cinemas etc. - called Canal Walk. Canal Walk straddles almost 1 kilometre
of canals with Discovery Island at one end, a 16ha conservation
wetland. The wetland which includes an aviary is fully encircled by water.

20 mins. to Grandwest Casino & Entertainment Centre
25 mins. to Cape Town International Airport
45 mins. to Winelands

The photos showing the fountain is not in the back garden but rather at the entrance gate to the village. The tree lined boulevard with Table Mountain in the background is the road leading into Royal Ascot and not the view from the house.
