LEISURE BAY - MILNERTON LAGOONBEACH

I can offer you a beautiful two bedroom apartment in Leisure Bay (Milnerton Lagoon Site, on the beach). It has lovely views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Seas from both the main bedroom and the lounge. (also has fantastic African sunsets over the sea - beautiful red sky).

It has an open-plan kitchen with a patio off the lounge & bedroom. It is in an upmarket complex and is situated right on the beach. It has a main bathroom with bath and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped with fridge, stove, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, TV etc. as well as linen and towels.

There are 2 swimming pools.

In the complex is a Beach Bistro/Restaurant which opens out onto the swimming pool terrace over-looking Table Bay and offers full South African breakfasts and light meals throughout the day. There is also an a la carte dinner menu.

There is actually a 4 star hotel in the complex. You are allowed to make use of the restaurant (obviously at your cost) and the swimming pool area is for the use of the hotel guests and privately owned suites (belongs to the whole complex).

However, the privately owned apartments are not serviced by the hotel. Should you require the apartment to be serviced, it can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

The complex has full access controlled security with roaming security guards on a 24 hour basis.

8 mins. to biggest shopping complex in Africa with restaurants, shopping, cinemas etc. - called Canal Walk. Canal Walk straddles almost 1 kilometre of canals with Discovery Island at one end, a 16ha conservation wetland. The wetland which includes an aviary is fully encircled by water.
10 mins. to Health & Recquet Club
15 mins. to Grandwest Casino & Entertainment Centre
20 mins to Cape Town International Airport
40 mins. to Winelands

Within walking distance to the Milnerton Golf Club approx. half a mile)
There is a taxi service available to the Waterfront at approx. R60.
However, I would definitely recommend a car.
